Our warranty covers the workmanship
and materials on all of our US. made leather garments, manufactured by Outlaw Network Enterprises for 90 Days from the purchase date. If within 90 days of your purchase you find a problem with the garment, we will gladly replace or repair the garment for you at no extra charge. We can issue size changes only if the garment was ordered with the standard options offered on our website. Any customizations cannot be replaced but can be repaired.

or call 1-888-212-3638, we will repair or replace it for the life of the
garment, under normal wear and use.
Any garments that have been abused (accidents, altered,
or failure to properly maintain the garment) will not be covered.
Please note, items sent back
within our 90 day return policy that have had pins or patches installed can be
repaired but not replaced. Items sent back outside of the 90 day return policy
will be repaired and not replaced. We can however fix or repair any damages not
covered by our guarantee at a minimal charge.
Please include a note
explaining the problem, along with $17.00 for return shipping and handling
within the USA. International customers are responsible for the actual return
shipping and insurance charges.

ITEMS RETURN POLICY 1- We offer a 20 day money back or exchange guarantee (minus shipping costs)
2- In case of Return or Exchange: customer must return all items in original condition with tags attached.
3- Custom order & specially made items are not exchangeable, returnable or refundable. However if any custom order wasn’t made upon specification / measurements, we offer free alternation/fix.
- OUTLAW NETWORK ENTERPRISES will credit the full amount of merchandise returned, except for shipping charges (TO & FROM). Unless the return is due to "Not made as ordered, or if there is a product defect in material or workmanship".
- ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE!!!
This includes but is not limited to the following: - Special Color of Leather (Except Black Leather) - Special Color Of Lining (Except Black or Red Lining) - Special Sizes such as: SM, 4X, 5X, 6X - Special Styles/Customizations - Special Measurements EXCHANGES: There is NO CHARGE to exchange stock items, except for size, style, and postage charges.
4- Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns. Items
which have any stains, body odors or perfume scents, have any kind of
marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for
5- We offer a free fix return policy, if items sent are defective, incorrect or have the wrong measurements. Please note that you must provide us a written record of the reason within 48 hours of receiving the item. Therefore, it's especially important to inspect items upon receipt.
6- Please contact us (email@example.com) prior to returning/exchanging an item. We will give you a return number to ensure that your return/exchange is accepted.
7- The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges if an item is returned after the allowable return period.
